Child Safety Standards

Effective August 19, 2026

Friends for Humanity maintains these standards to prevent and address child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in Endearing.

Zero tolerance

Endearing prohibits content or conduct that sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes a person under 18. This includes grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation, trafficking, and creating, requesting, possessing, or distributing CSAM. We do not permit attempts to use Endearing’s AI features to produce this material.

How to report a concern

In Endearing’s Status experience, use the in-app Report action on an AI-generated post, reply, direct message, event, or episode. Select Sexual content or Other to send the concern for review.

If a concern is not attached to generated content, or you cannot access the app, email our designated child-safety contact at support@friendsforhumanity.com. Do not email or attach illegal imagery; describe the concern and where it appeared instead.

Review and enforcement

We review child-safety reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting content, preventing similar generation, restricting access, preserving relevant records when legally required, and cooperating with lawful investigations.

Reporting to authorities

When we become aware of apparent CSAM or other conduct that requires reporting, we comply with applicable child-safety laws and report to the appropriate regional and national authorities.
